INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION

To ensure effective and efficient service to the client, we conduct regular day/night inspection by Field Officers and Operations Manager. Such surprise checks are entered in the register and no leniency shown to inefficient guards.

CONTROL ROOM

We have an independent control room working round the clock monitoring the operations. Any grievance / complaints received by the control room is immediately passed on to the field officer who is close to the client for appropriate action with a lead time of 15 minutes (it is the running time before which a field officer rushes to the site for redressal) Thus the control room acts as conduit between the client and management on one hand and the Security Guard and Management on the other.
